  1. Refund and Returns Policy

  1. We are proud of our customers and always strive to provide the best services and products.
  2. The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and its contents have not been altered and the customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 days of inspection once the inspection is completed.
  3. The customer has the right to exchange the product with another product before sending the shipment, after sending the shipment, he has the right to exchange the product within 10 days of operation and bear the full cost of shipping and the difference in the cost of the product.
  4. If the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 10 days, and the customer in this case has the right to a full refund.

  Currently we deliver our goods within Saudi Arabia only.

  • SMSA Express: 29 SR (between 3-6 Working Days).
  • Our Delivery: 15 SR (ONLY in Jeddah, 1-2 Working Days). Cash On  Delivery is accepted via this method only in Jeddah.
  • Local pickup from store.
  • Orders received on Fridays and on National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
