  1. Refund and Returns Policy

  1. We are proud of our customers and always strive to provide the best services and products.

The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and its contents have not been altered and the customer bears the full shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 days of inspection once the inspection is completed.

  • SMSA Express: 29 SR (between 3-6 Working Days).
  • Our Delivery: 15 SR (ONLY in Jeddah, 1-2 Working Days). Cash On  Delivery is accepted via this method only in Jeddah.
  • Local pickup from store.
  • Orders received on Fridays and on National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
