Return and Exchange Policy

We always strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Customers have the right to return a product within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all accessories and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (29 SAR), which will be deducted from the order total.


  • Customers have the right to exchange a product within 12 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all accessories and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (29 SAR) and any price difference. (The return shipping fee or price difference must be transferred to Namsa International Trading Company's account at Al Rajhi Bank, listed below, before the shipment is reshipped to the customer in the case of an exchange.) The store will cover the return shipping fee for the customer's first return to the store only.


  • If a product arrives defective or does not match the order, the customer has the right to exchange or return it within 10 days of receipt. The store will cover all shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued upon request for the return.


  • Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean floor to ensure eligibility for exchange or return.


  • Used or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Products that have been altered in their original condition or are missing accessories or packaging are not eligible for exchange or return.


  • Orders can be canceled before shipment or processing. Cancellations are not possible after shipment. If the shipment is refused, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
