Return and Exchange Policy

We always strive to provide a unique shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and unused with all accessories and original packaging. The customer bears the shipping fees for the return process (29 riyals) which will be deducted from the value of the order.


  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 12 days of the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused with all accessories and original packaging. The customer shall bear the return shipping fee (29 riyals) and any price difference if any ( the return shipping fee or price difference shall be transferred to the account of Namsa International Trading Company - Al Rajhi Bank, which is below, before resending the shipment to the customer in the case of an exchange ). The store will bear the return shipping fee from the customer for the first time only.


  • If a defective or non-conforming product arrives, the customer has the right to exchange or return it within 10 days of the date of receipt. The store will bear all shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued upon request for return.


  • Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean floor to ensure eligibility for exchange or return .


  • Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse cannot be replaced or refunded .


  • Products that have been altered from their original condition or have lost their accessories or packaging are not eligible for exchange or return .


  • Orders can be canceled before shipment or processing. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and if the shipment is refused, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the total amount due.


  • The amounts due will be refunded using the same payment method within a period of 7 to 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the product .
